Angela Wittholt, CPA

Angela's ability to understand the firm's clients through communication, problem-solving, and brain-storming, guides executives, individuals and businesses to achieve their long and short-term goals. Her hands-on approach is what has made her so successful in educating the small business person to understand and develop all facets of their business.

Angela's diverse background brings to the table many years of experience and learning. She has been selected to write technical articles for NJSCPA publications and has been quoted in various medias such as the Wall Street Journal, Star Ledger, Courier News and Princeton Business News on a variety of Federal taxation issues. Congressman William Pascrell, Jr. appointed Angela in the Spring of 1998 to lead a tax forum addressing the impact of changes in Federal tax laws. She has appeared as a regular host on the cable television program, Money Maze (a society sponsored program with an emphasis on the issues in Ocean County).

Angela's involvement with the NJSCPA keeps her on the cutting edge of emergent issues. She sat on the State Board of Trustees for four years; has recently served as President of the Middlesex/Somerset Chapter, and has Chaired the State committee on Federal Taxation.

Some of Angela’s other accomplishments include the New Jersey Association of Business Owners for which she is a past President of the Middlesex Somerset Chapter and membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from the Washington School of Law and resides in Upper Freehold with her husband, Garry, and two sons, Chris and Troy.
